"As long as we do our best, God will do the rest." --- The Rising Power

I don't know. I'm kind of leaving all the uncertainties in my life to God to decide. I've realized something too. God exists because we believe he does. The day he ceases to exist, is the day Man will break and crumble. God exists as a platform for us to divert our worries to, to trust in God is to leave us worrying less over the uncertainty which we can do little about. Without God's existence, Man would succumb to evils of want, doing all in his power to achieve his goals. Man is self centered, if weighing the pros and cons show that the odds are on his side, he will attempt the crime if there is nothing that holds him back. God exists to hold the reins on these people. The human mind is powerful beyond any imagination. If we choose to believe that something exists, it exists because we believe it to be so, and because we impose our beliefs and our mind on our mentality, what may not exist becomes reality as we attribute many happenings in our lives to it. Leaving our anxieties to a higher being may reduce the stress on our lives. Stress increases risk of cancer, the most common killer, by 40%. Hence, without God, Man will wither. He exists to hold all humanity together, regardless of whether he really is present in reality. God is thus the noble being that either exists or is created by Man to exist. But this is the main reason why God needs to exist. --- To preserve the peace and the status quo that we all enjoy now.

When we try to talk to God, we actually believe that God exists, and this belief allows us to ask ourselves inside, if a higher being such as God, were to be present in my life, how should i make my choices? Since God represents all good, and morality, the person will choose the more morally right choice, for the greater good, as he or she believes that if God really exist, He would tell him or her to make that same decision for the better.

On the sixth day, God created Man in his own image. Duality of life, all of us, capable of committing good and evil, but what makes one choose to serve a higher purpose in life, while others choose to dwell in self-centeredness? Where is that crossroads in life where some choose between light and darkness?

I've found both halves of me. Both dominant. What should I do?

    God, help me.
